Refunds due to customers are processed to the original payment method.

Promotional purchases do not lose mandatory consumer protection rights concerning defective, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.

Giveaways and Sweepstakes

If Cove & Thread conducts a sweepstakes, prize drawing, or other prize-based promotion, separate official rules will be provided.

For a chance-based sweepstakes, no purchase or payment will be required to enter or win, and making a purchase will not improve the odds of winning.

Errors, Changes, and Misuse
